3. Unopened Product Exchanges

If a product is unopened and unused but the customer is dissatisfied with the

scent or preference, we may offer:

• Exchange for another product of equal value

• Store credit

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

will cover the return shipping cost.

1• If the return is due to customer preference for an unopened item, the

customer is responsible for return shipping.
