Noosky LLC Shipping Policy

Where we ship

United States only.

Shipping cost

Orders of $50 or more (product subtotal, before tax) ship free.
Orders under $50: the USPS rate is calculated at checkout from your address and the package weight, and shown to you before you pay.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). We don't process or ship orders on weekends or US federal holidays.

Carriers and delivery time

USPS Ground Advantage — usually 2–5 business days in transit.
USPS Priority Mail — usually 1–3 business days in transit (available at checkout).

Transit times are the carrier's estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package seems lost or is significantly delayed, email support@noosky.com with your order number and we'll work with USPS and with you to resolve it.

Shipping address

Please check your address at checkout. Noosky LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, and we can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
